The shade is hand-woven in wicker over a frame of natural rattan and iron. The weave is what does the work: it holds the dome without a solid shell, and it turns a bare bulb into a pattern rather than a glare.

Ø 20 × H 16 cm — about the size of a large bowl. It is small on purpose: a detail over a bedside table or in a hallway. Over a dining table or a kitchen island, hang two or three in a row rather than one on its own.
