Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers at the time of order.
Shipping and Delivery
Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to arrange a return, exchange, or refund. Where required by applicable law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
Product Descriptions
We aim to be as accurate as possible in describing our products, including handmade variations inherent to natural materials such as bamboo. Since each piece is woven by hand, slight differences in weave density, curve, or tone between units are normal and not considered defects.
