At Holonest (Fernway brand), we want your order to reach you quickly and safely. This policy sets out our shipping terms.

Orders are processed within 2 business days of being placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Delivery times

Once dispatched, delivery takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. These timeframes are indicative and may vary during peak periods.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders.

4. Delivery area

We currently ship throughout Europe.

5. Carrier

Orders are shipped via DHL. A tracking number is provided by email as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow your parcel until delivery.

6. Delays, loss or damage
