These terms and conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of products from Holonest (Fernway brand). By placing an order, you accept these terms in full.

2. Products

Our lighting is handwoven from bamboo. As each piece is handmade, slight variations in shade, texture and dimensions may occur from one item to another. Photographs are as accurate as possible but cannot give rise to any liability in the event of a minor difference in appearance.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Holonest reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Orders

Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. An order confirmation is sent to you by email. Holonest reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a dispute, non-payment or suspected fraud.

5. Payment

Payment is made online at the time of ordering using the methods offered at checkout. Transactions are secure.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms, timeframes and costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy. The timeframes given are indicative.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with European law, you have a withdrawal period of 15 days. The conditions for returns and refunds are set out in our Refund Policy.

8. Legal guarantee

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with European and French legislation. Our lighting additionally comes with a 2-year commercial warranty on the cord and socket.

9. Liability

Holonest cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from improper use or non-compliant installation of the products. Electrical installation must be carried out in accordance with applicable standards, by a qualified professional where necessary.

10. Intellectual property

All elements of the website (texts, images, logos, trademarks) are the property of Holonest and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.

11. Dispute resolution

These terms are governed by French law. In accordance with European regulations, you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. For any complaint, please contact us first at fernway.contact@gmail.com.
